I paid my seller fees but the payment has not yet been reflected on my account.

If you recently submitted payment through PayPal for your seller fees and the payment has yet to be reflected on your account, please send a message to CustomerSupport@BrickLink.com providing the following information:

 

  • Your PayPal email address
  • Your BrickLink Username
  • The date the payment was sent

**Without this information, it may take longer to verify your payment.**

 

BrickLink Administrators will have to verify your payment and manually adjust your account balance. 

 

To ensure that your payment gets reflected immediately on your BrickLink account in the future, please use the PayPal link in the upper right corner of your My Fees page. If you use this link to pay your fees, the payment should be automatically applied to your BrickLink account.
