My buying privileges are revoked. Can you remove my NPB penalties?

Revoked Privileges
If a buyer has 3 orders canceled via NPB/NPX (sum of all orders in NPB and NPX status), their Buying Privileges are permanently revoked. We can only reinstate your privileges if you can send proof of payment for the NPB orders (see NPB removal policy). If the orders have already been purged, unfortunately there is nothing we can do.
