How do I enable payment methods other than PayPal onsite?

In our efforts to protect buyers, new sellers are required to accept only PayPal Onsite with Purchase Protection until they have enough credit history to accept other payment methods such as IBAN. You will be considered an "unverified" seller until:

  • You've had an active account for 100 days.
  • You've received positive feedback from 5 or more different legitimate sellers.

There are two ways to upgrade to a verified seller early:
Option 1: Submit Required Documentation
Please contact the Help Desk at customersupport@bricklink.com with the required documentation. Failure to provide the necessary information will result in delays. Provide verification for your identity and address or inventory.

To verify identity (required):

Submit your government-issued photo identification. Acceptable IDs: driver's license, passport or identity card (all of which cannot be expired).

*If your current driver's license lists your address, it can be used as proof of address but cannot be used as proof of ID at the same time.

To verify address:

Submit proof of residence for the address indicated at registration (PO Box not acceptable). Accepted forms of proof of residence will show both name & address and may be a gas or telephone bill, bank statement, current lease agreement, mortgage bill, etc.

*Confidential information such as account numbers may be removed at your own discretion.

*If you choose to submit your driver's license as proof of address, you will need to submit another government-issued photo ID other than your driver's license (a passport, for example).

To verify inventory:

Submit one of the following:
  • Photos of your inventory next to a recent newspaper or magazine showing a clear date.
  • Photo of yourself standing in your inventory room.
Option 2: Use a Credit Card

On the new seller registration page or the upgrade to seller page, click "I don't have a PayPal account" link and then click the "Proceed with Credit Card Validation" button.
